Grasping Roots of Despair

These dark, twisted roots can be woven into clothing or armor. While wearing them, you gain the ability to cast the spell Entangle as a 2nd-level spell once per long rest. Additionally, anytime a creature is successfully restrained by this spell, they must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 1d6 necrotic damage at the start of each of their turns while restrained. If the creature is already undead, the necrotic damage increases to 2d6. The roots are suffused with a malignant energy that invigorates their wearer; while wearing the Grasping Roots of Despair, you have advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
