Frostfire Scale Cloak

This cloak is made from the iridescent scales of the Frostfire Celestial Wyrm. When worn, it grants resistance to cold and fire damage. Additionally, once per long rest, the wearer can activate the cloak to gain the ability to cast the spell 'Fire Sphere' or 'Cone of Cold' at their spell save DC. After using this ability, the wearer must finish a short or long rest before using it again. The cloak also provides a +1 bonus to AC while worn.
