This tattered cloak appears to be made from the mottled feathers and leathery skin of a Rotwing Carrion Crow. While wearing this cloak, you gain advantage on Stealth checks made in natural environments, and you can move through difficult terrain made of foliage without penalty. However, the lingering smell of decay and carrion it emits causes all Charisma checks made while wearing it to be at disadvantage. Originating from the Rotwing Carrion Crow's habitual scavenging of the fallen, this cloak serves as a reminder of the beast's unclean consumption, causing unease in those who linger too close. Additionally, every time you take a short or long rest while wearing the cloak, you may accumulate a point of decay, representing the draw of the Rotwing's nature. If you accumulate three points of decay, you must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or suffer one level of exhaustion due to the miasma.
