Cursed Carrot of Decomposition

This gnarled, wilted carrot emits a faint aura of necromancy. When held, it can be used to restore 1d4 hit points to an undead creature. However, the user must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or suffer a -1 penalty to all Charisma checks for the next hour as they feel the unsettling presence of death within them. If consumed by an undead, the carrot grants temporary hit points equal to 1d4, but the undead also becomes susceptible to radiant damage for the duration of these temporary hit points.
