Chains of the Binding Golem

This set of intricate chains appears to be made of the same metal as a Chain Golem, complete with glowing red runes that pulsate softly. While wearing these chains, you gain the ability to restrain your foes. You can use a bonus action to cause the chains to lash out at a creature within 15 feet. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 13) or be restrained until the end of your next turn. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and regain all expended uses after finishing a long rest.
