Sickly Rat's Pouch

This small, tattered pouch appears to be made from rat hide. When worn, it allows the bearer to store small pieces of food. Additionally, once per day, the wearer can remove a piece of food from the pouch and use it to heal themselves or an ally for 1d4 hit points. The food must be consumed immediately after it is pulled from the pouch, and if not eaten within one minute, it becomes spoiled and unusable. The pouch can also summon a cloud of rat-sized vermin (such as a single rat or a few smaller creatures) to distract an enemy, providing advantage on one stealth or escape check within a 30-foot radius. However, the pouch can only be used for this purpose once per long rest.
