Basilisk's Gaze Amulet

This amulet is crafted from glimmering scales resembling those of a basilisk, and it allows the wearer to tap into the petrifying magic of these creatures. As an action, the wearer can activate the amulet, causing bursts of magical energy to emanate from their eyes. Each creature of the wearer's choice within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be restrained as they are magically petrified for 1 minute. The wearer must then finish a long rest before they can use this ability again. While wearing this amulet, the wearer gains resistance to petrification effects and can add a d4 to their saving throws against being restrained or grappled.
