This small, hardened charm resembles the shell of a scarab beetle, its iridescent surface shimmering with a faint green hue. While wearing the Exoskeletal Charm, you gain advantage on saving throws against poison. However, the charm emits a constant weak odor of decay that makes it difficult to blend into civilized society; you have disadvantage on Charisma checks made to interact with non-beasts. Additionally, once per long rest, you can activate the charm to unleash a cloud of toxic spores in a 10-foot radius. Creatures in the area must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 13) or take 2d4 poison damage and become poisoned for 1 minute. The wearer must also make the same saving throw; on a failure, they are also poisoned for the same duration.
