Additionally, the wearer can hear whispers of the dead, which can be both enlightening and maddening, imposing disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws against charm effects while worn. Found in the crumbling ruins of a temple dedicated to a long-forgotten death deity, this veil emanates a chilling aura that reminds all of the fragility of life and the weight of untold death.
