Chains of Confinement

These interlocking metal links are imbued with the essence of the Chain Golem. While wearing the Chains of Confinement, the attuned user gains a +1 bonus to Strength checks made to grapple or restrain a creature. Additionally, the user can use a bonus action to activate the chains, creating a binding aura in a 10-foot radius for 1 minute. During this time, any creature that starts its turn within the aura must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be restrained until the end of its next turn. The aura can be used once per short or long rest.
