Lure of the Angler-Ghoul

This wicked tackle-style lure is adorned with the fangs of various beasts and shimmers with an unnatural light. While attuned to the Lure of the Angler-Ghoul, you gain the following benefits: 1. Ghastly Charm: As an action, you can twist the lure to create a ripple of shadowy illusions. Each creature of your choice within 30 feet that can see the lure must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be Charmed by you for 1 minute. This effect can only be used once per long rest. 2. Undead Resilience: You gain resistance to necrotic damage while attuned to this item. 3. Fisher’s Snare: As a reaction when you are hit by a melee attack, you can cause shadowy tendrils to reach out and grapple the attacker. The attacker must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or become grappled until the start of your next turn. A grappled creature can use its action to make a Strength (Athletics) check against your DC to escape. This feature can be used three times and regains all expended uses after a long rest.
