The dragon exhales a 15-foot cone of cold. Each creature in the area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

The dragon exhales a 15-foot cone of paralyzing gas. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of its next turn, when it repeats the save. On a second failure, the creature is paralyzed for 1 minute, repeating the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. After 1 minute, it succeeds automatically.
